HELP FOR MEMBERS LOGIN

I've perceived a Member's help request for the login...

So, let's see how I can help you. If you don't succeed in logging in, there could be four different causes:

• You forgot your Nickname and/or Password. When you joined the Community we sent you an e-mail with all your personal data... but, if you can't find it, you can put your e-mail address in the box below (note it must be the same e-mail address you specified in the subscription form), then click on "Send" and we'll re-send your access data, immediately.

• You made a mistake inserting your data! Be sure to properly type in your data.

• You type your data in properly, but your browser doesn't accept cookies. Sometimes browsers are severe with cookies... first, try setting your browser's privacy settings to "low" or "none", and also check inside the Advanced Settings if cookies are accepted. After that, if it still doesn't work, check if in the lowest right part of your browser window there is an icon that seems like an eye with a red mark on it: If yes, double-click this icon, and a new window named "privacy report" will appear. Inside this window you can see one or more address starting with "http://www.mindstalkers.com/...": click each of these with the right mouse button and select the option "Always accept cookies from this website".
